The consumer will receive a SMS that reads as follows:
“TPN:
Please confirm your ID for <Your TPN account name> by clicking here https://dea.tpn.co.za/curata/<unique link>”
This SMS is sent to the cellphone number captured on the application /employee screen. If this number is wrong you would need to resend the link manually.
This enables you to inform your employee or applicant about the SMS they will receive and they will be able to verify that the link is genuine and who the link is from.
You may receive multiple links if you work for more than one employer or are applying for multiple properties.
