|
The ID number specified has never been
issued by Home Affairs. It
is highly probable that the ID being used is fraudulent.

ID not yet
verified
|
The ID number specified has not yet been
verified by Home Affairs. This warning will usually come up with a young
consumer - every time a new consumer is loaded onto TransUnion the credit
bureau will return the result "ID not yet verified"

V3
|
ID and surname do
not match
|
The ID number specified does not match to
the surname specified.
This could be a result of a spelling
mistake when capturing the data, or from a maiden name change. Please note
that surnames with special characters (hyphens etc.) will always give this
warning, as TransUnion does not allow for special characters in the input
field.

V4
|
ID deceased
|
The ID number specified has verified as
belonging to a deceased person. It is highly probable that the ID being used is fraudulent. |

further verification would be required directly with the Department of Home
Affairs.
