If you are using Datatrac to manage your rentals, follow the steps
below to submit your data to TPN Credit Bureau:
1. Start on the
Control Screen
2. Select Process >
TPN Data Preparation > Process
3. Select All and
Create CSV file
4. Follow the onscreen
prompts –
5. Select “Yes” to the
following question -” Are you sure you wish to create the output file?”
6. Select “Yes” to “Do
you wish to email this file to TPN now?”
7. Upload the files on
https://dataweb.tpn.co.za/ using your
TPN Credit Bureau username and password
