The Promotion of Access
to Information Act (PAIA) was made a law in 2000. It gives
everyone a legal right to get details of the information held by government
entities and private corporations.
To request access to
the information held by TPN:

Please
download and complete form 2
·
Send
back to us at info@tpn.co.za with a copy of your ID or another valid proof
of Identity.

Once you have submitted a
request to TPN for access to records you will receive a decision on your request.
The outcome is given
using Form 3 and will also stipulate any fees that will be payable prior to us
actioning the request.
